Our professional and state of the art patrol vehicles are clearly marked to provide a highly visible deterrent to the security problems our communities face.
Our officers perform foot patrols, lock and unlock pools, clubhouses, laundry facilities and other common areas. Enforce parking regulations based on your specific properties requirements and responds and deal with calls from management and residents related to Safety & Security.
Our officers complete nightly Patrol Reports, Parking Violation Notices, Tenant Warning Notices, Incident Reports.

Dispatch
Communications, Operations and Management “COM” between our officers in the field and those in which we service is vital to our success.
Our COM Center is available 24 hours a day for emergency security service, general information and property response calls.
Utilizing the E-911 dispatch call software our dispatch operators handle over 3000 calls per year with an average response rate of 8.2 minutes, the COM center handles a wide of service request calls for our clients, date & time stamping each call with recording of arrival & departure times as well as disposition of each call.
All telephone and radio communications are recorded on the Mil-4000n advanced digital recorder, the internal clock is synchronizes to government time standards. Every recording includes a digital signature with time stamping for traceable chain of custody. logging over 36 months on a hard drive for use in training, verification of accurate caller information and should the need arise accurate and undisputable evidence.
Our modern and state of the art radio system is capable of providing our personnel with high quality and advanced radio operations beyond the simple two-way traditional radios. Each radio is equipped with its own ID allowing us to know exactly who is speaking, emergency activation when our personnel need help they simply push a button, and digitalized communication making it more secure for private conversations.

Our community relations approach provides every client with diligent and prompt attention.
Our team is concerned about your security issues, we want to hear your concern and work with you on a workable solution. Our community relations team is very involved in the community and we meet with our community partners on a monthly basis.
Whether you’re interested in a one on one meeting, open Q& A meeting, HOA meeting, or a specialized meeting such as the: Crime Alert Network, or the Tourist Orientated Policing meeting, our staff will be there listening, learning, offering input and moving forward with the goal of providing you with the best possible security solution.
